My 93 Pontiac Grand am is having ignition problems help!?

have 93 pontiac grand 210000 kms, 2.3lts 4 cyl. have problem, sometimes, not times, when want start engine, wouldnt start, electronics, lights, radio turn on, but turn key third position ignite, absolutely nothing happens, not noise not anything, if there no battery; proceed use jump cables , car starts right away. thinking battery problem, got brand new battery, problem not solved, though brand new battery, car doesnt starts, plug jump cables new battery, starts right away. im not mechanic wondering if give idea of problem can take right place fix it. problem when im driving @ high speed, around 80-100kms/h , come sudden stop (e.g red light) car when reaches around 40-30 kms/hr starts shake , turns off, put on n (neutral) start it, starts no problem, put on d (drive) turns off, have accelerate bit while in neutral , pass d making burnout in order start moving , avoid car turn off. why doing that?, changed oil around 2000kms ago spark plugs. time.
