wondering if people here lend me hand seo on companies website.

run web , graphic design company in dorset, uk. working locally , trying target local businesses our services.

have reasonable seo knowledge, no expert. go through steps have taken improve seo , if there doing wrong, or missed out please let me know.

dont rank many keywords except company name 'aztec online' , 17th 'web design wimborne'. main keywords target are, 'web design dorset', 'web design poole', 'professional web design', 'affordable web design' , these graphic design too.

have done on website: -
worked on site content, getting keyword density of 5 10%
optimised image tags, alts, filenames etc
optmised anchor tags, titles , keywords within them keywords in url
used keywords in title, header tags
made sure keywords appear near top , bottom
made sure google can see links
bolded keywords
supplied address rank bettter locally

rebuilding new website @ www.aztec-online.com/azteconline2, going apply correct changes in order have better chance of ranking well.

have started try , build links doing following:-
including link on every clients website web create
small amount of blog comments
article submission
related directories , local directorys
google local maps
email marketing
start press release
few web design assoications

dont know else can do, , don't know how long take start ranking. have pretty no budget seo, using adwords.

can advice of friendly experts on here?
