helpful know make & model of printer have assist better. printer maintenance may cleaning cycle printer doing or calibration routine. shouldn't take long complete though. if it's still locked up, turn off printer 10 minutes , turn on , try again. make sure doors , covers closed, cables plugged in, , scanner lock-downs removed/released.

my scanner isn't working because says printer maintenance in process wait finish , start scanning how can turn off? it?
