Pontiac Montana Transmission Problems!!?

okay here problem...hopefully can help! have 99 pontiac montana...a couple days ago while driving in parking lot accidentally threw gear shifter up, put in drive...well drove fine past 2 days , today drove 60 miles...it drove fine..no problems. stopped in parking lot 45 minutes, went out , wouldn't shift drive or 3rd. shifted fine 2nd , 1st. had no options other drive , try make somewhere. drove in 1st shifted 2nd , tried shift , while driving shift 3rd , d. if had slow down not rev in drive or 3rd. have ideas be.feel free ask questions promptly answer.
