How should I align the timing marks after the timing belt is off the engine in subaru legacy.?

took of timing belt of 99 subaru legacy 2.2 , since in hurry, didn't align timing marks before taking belt off. i'm wondering procedure align timing marks turning cam sprockets without bending since know engine interference. has 2 sprockets 1 on each side , 1 in middle crankshaft. turning each little little work since crankshaft turns twice fast head cams. help.
