Will kenwood kfc-6983ps 6x9 fit the rear deck in my 2002 pontiac grand am?

grand uses factory speaker bracket raises rear speakers above rear deck metal. it's no problem installing new 6x9" speakers factory brackets, if it's tight fit, can file inside edge of bracket little bit. i've done several times, , works well.

note if grand equipped factory monsoon audio system, you'll have wiring make new speakers work properly.
