not quite texas leaving union , sort of thing. like, commune , people on deciding want out , want own thing. sort of indian reservations- tax-free, not constrained many laws on reservation, , independent , recognized "domestic dependent nation" (to best of understanding @ moment).

possible? don't see government being willing let kind of thing happen, i'm asking if possible, , if so, under circumstances?
