Treated unfairly by insurance company?

stopped police last october diving without insurance contacted insurance company find out had cancelled insurance without informing me, because had not received no claims bonus. went down see them copy of letter cancelation unable give me copy files able reprint copy of no claims bonus received day after cancelled insurance kept on same file when asked why informed me have go system re-issue them , take hours. have gone fos complain have been told fact able re issue letters though 1 of them had wrong date on , month late proves sent them. can ?
