Should i buy this volkswagen golf?

im looking @ volkswagen golf wolfsburgh hatch there selling $1500 in town.
here problems are--
"it needs new fuel injectors, easy fix not expensive car runs fine lags little due fuel injectors has rust on body not little front bumper damage due small accident before owned car barley noticable reverse on car gone other gears in perfect shape. (can new tranny 50 bucks u-pull-it)
rear seats not installed, missing welded mounting threads on body of car ( have them half installed , seats folded down
seat belts work , can put seats not secure) else on car in fine shape"-----thats said

think bad idea car , parts cost more car worth.
