Is any part of your commute mileage tax deductible?

commute not deductible if driving main place of business.

there times can deduct travel costs. these involve things person works in town live in, sent town 50 miles away job or meet client.

deciding live far away job, not allow deduct commuting mileage.

i have 120 mile round trip commute work 5 days week. part of tax deductible? can vehicle maintenance such new tires , oil changes deducted?
