how work? moved ukraine , i'm in ninth grade.. born in new york city... i'm worried how whole college admissions thing works way here. i'm afraid of fact college want attend not accept me because of fact live here , fact wont proper preparations. know in new york, have college course juniors (11th graders) , know fact have nothing here, since of people here plan go ukrainian colleges , universities.. also, living here not me english since here russian or ukrainian , knowledge of english , correct grammar stops @ grade 8 since thats last year finished in new york. know how deal type of situation? colleges fact im citizen of united states, live in ukraine? make me count international applicant or what? help?
