Anyone else having brake problems with their 2010 Mazda 3?

bought our 2010 mazda gs in december 2009 , we're having brake problems. problem sporadic. there few times brakes didn't work. first time, @ 4 way stop , car kept going through intersection , brake pedal floor. time backing out of driveway , kept rolling back, same thing, brake pedal floor. there's been quite few instances brake pedal has pushed quite bit further brakes start reacting. brought mazda dealership twice , couldn't figure out wrong it. refused , sent on our way unsafe car........
