Nissan - Dealership Shoddy Service?

bought 2006 nissan murano dealer
before closing deal took authorized nissan dealership complete pre-purchase inspection of car.
dealer said check , performed recall fix.

after 25 days hear high pitch whine engine compartment , took nearby mechanic inspection , said power steering pressure hose leak.

took same nissan service center checkup today , asked them why when 30 days before said fine not.

checked system , told me there _no_inspection_done_ on car.
had done recall fix , customary inspection ( visual inspection ) outside.

had signed purchase deal on car went through visual inspection only.
paid $25000 car visual checkup.

have proof took in car complete checkup , did visual inspection _only_.

today gave me quote fix @ $750 ( parts + labour ).

how fight them ?
have been cheated them.
