Mazda 626 shakes an misfires?

have 2000 mazda 626 4 cylinder. misfires when in idle. check engine light on , reading code #1 misfire. have replaced spark plugs platinuim plugs, replaced idle control valve, , replaced spark plug wires. still doing it. oxygen sensor has been replaced.
can wrong. no 1 ca figure out. please state how fix if know
