Getting taxes back when moving to another country?

canadian-source income taxable in canada. need file non-resident tax return 2009 next april. may partial refund since have not worked full calendar year, , withheld taxes based on full year.

if original country has foreign tax credit provision, might file when pay taxes in country.

i've been living , working in canada 6 months visa expiring i'm moving country. wanted know if there way federal/provincial taxes back. have ask? thanks
