long story short, in accident, other driver @ fault , ticketed, waiting on insurance contact me , let me know whether going total or pay fixed. bought car junkyard , never took loan out on it, paid 500 down , pay 100 month, still owe money on car , wondering if money goes junkyard or if receive check? thanks
