Can you jump start a car with some audio wire, elecrtical tape and 2 9volt batterys?

car battery terminals messed , lose power battery ever more car need start. long run car alternator keeps car going. if rpms not car seems die down until car revved. im thinking can take 2 9 volts , stick them together, audio wire connect positive positive , on.....im super busy @ moment need way start when down...remember battery not dead not 12v start it, maybe around 11v or close.

in theory should hold standards. but... im going try , want feed see guys think , knows if works, maybe 1 of u use odd thinking "ghetto jumper" 1 day.
