97 Nissan d21 head swap?

not patch old motor replace entire powerplant along wiring harness , new computer. different plugs in different places intake manifold , exhaust wont bolt up. many other thing different. if engine block same head swaps difficult unless have wercked truck borrow parts off of,

i have single cam 97 nissan pickup , thinking if head twin cam ka fit on block pretty sure wondering if there different place on sensors single cam head twin cam head?
