BJC 85 Printer - Cartridge Mismatch Error?

cause error appear when printer working fine cartridge. have tried obvious fixes. can printhead replacement what's needed? i've taken printer apart(i can fix anything) , found no clue. changed usb cable. tried printing different computer.
