Will work contract tax be applicable for work executed in foreign country by an Indian company?

work contract tax or tax levied indian government applies within boundaries of india. not extend work done in other foreign country.

in fact, every law enacted parliament contains clause reading this:

(1) act may called income-tax act, 1961.

(2) extends whole of india.

(3) save otherwise provided in act, shall come force on 1st day of april, 1962.
