Inflatable boat pump?

looks have 2 choices. either regular paint type compressor holding tank filling or else 2 pumps. of high volume electric pumps, used inflatable mattresses , toys, can't deliver anywhere near 13 psi you're looking for. again vibrator pumps you'd use fill tire can deliver pressure they'd take forever fill 10 foot boat. experience these boats don't come electric pump. come foot pump ones in link down below. way if larger boat sinks can continue maintain air pressure in inflatable though there's no 12v supply available.

i have high pressure inflatable boat zodiac, same design , strength. boat 8'6'' , rated 10hp. need new electrric pump can pump around 13 psi. have suggestions?
