Why do some dark skin brothas ignore light skinned brothas?

whats issue dark skinned, light skinned issue? black people, natural greet other black people when see them on street, store, etc. i've noticed dark skinned brothas dont greet me in return when hi them; give me mean mug & go way. whatever happened ''brotherly love attitude''? because im light skinned? hate see people treat own kind differently because skin lighter there's, or maybe because aren't ''black'' enough in attitude, etc. has experienced this?
