How do I fix my Subaru Alarm?

have 1998 subaru outback. few months ago washed keyless entry fab clothes , it's totally dead. i've been manually locking , unlocking doors of car , works fine , other times car alarm goes off. other times i'll enjoying cup of tea in house , alarm goes off no reason. goes 30 seconds or , turns off. annoying. how fix it?
