Health insurance with Pregnancy/Maternity/Labor coverage?

hi there folks,
used have health insurance through employer since healthy of time used , that's why don't know health insurance.

i'm employed contractor , not health insurance.i've been looking health insurance cover pregnancy, maternity , labor scenarios since trying pregnant.

unfortunately cannot find insurance plans cover that. ive contacted insurance agents , said no insurance company covers pregnancy/ maternity , labor.

how insurance covers these 3 scenarios?
