Can anyone help me with this performing arts question?

hi! well, play flute , piano. want good. practice each 1 hour day. might sound little stupid having guilt problem. feel guilty when started piano , flute when in second grade didn't practice. still haunting me today. i'm dancer. love dancing , hope maybe career in it. these questions have.
do more dancing experience?
how rid of guilt?
how keep schedule on practicing?
in flute class many people don't practice. gets kind of annoying when i'm practicing maniac , play in band anyway. how stop getting annoyed?
how can maybe different class?
