93 Pontiac Sunbird 3.1l v6 convirtable questions help please!?

hi bought 93 pontiac sunbird first car 15 turning 16 tomorrow auction $300. runs , drives needs work go cheap. i've fixed alot of stuff on car minor problems honest door hinges, window motors small stuff , spent around $50 far. here list of problems need tackle before winter.

1.now have noticed getting colder car takes 4-5 seconds start holding key on start position normal or alternator or starter or spark plugs etc going out? -it not battery bought new 1 , had tested @ autozone works fine-

2.when got car found out had started screwdriver , did not come keys. problem cause want put 2 12" subwoofers , amp in trunk can't lock doors no key in how can key -at least- doors can lock them , how probly cost?

3.i'm wanting upgrade radio cause rca cables amplifier can't hook of stock radio. i'm looking aftermarket stereo under $90 can controll fade , bass/treble, has rca plug ins, , has 4 channels can't find stuff in one.

4.i'm 15/16 , don't know lot maintaining car can fun scary if don't know doing me lol. curious besides putting gas in , changing oil every 2-3 months else need maintain before winter time need tune , trans flush or or cause i'm not sure on of it.

5.last not least car leaking slight amounts of oil when running i'm wondering when take out dipstick should oil know has enough in still engine don't seize or catch on fire or lol.
