if sent money thing can call police right away report this, cant picked overseas. if sent moneygram or western union go office sent reference nr , find out , when money picked up. if in country, there nothing can do. if in country, contact police in city , give them details have seller

tried purchase vehicle last week. deposited money in designated 3rd party account. has been on week , have not heard anything..can not in contact @ yahoo! financial 3rd party mediator. deal?
