My 99 Pontiac Grand Am SE is dumping water! Why?!?

ok. 1999 pontiac grand se dump water out of overflow hose when shut car off! fine , not overheat or anything, shut car off dump water! uncle checked air in lines , replaced coolant temperature sensor. cousin replaced thermostat few weeks ago too. yesterday drove 25 miles , fine. when drove home 25 miles...when turned car off dumped water. thermostat still bad? uncle , cousin don't think head gasket because there no water in oil. also, fan belt squeal little bit until car warms up...and when fan belt squeal steering wheel locks little bit. tensioner bad? happening!? i'm mad! need car back!
