Lexmark Printer help!!?

everytime tell laptop print document loading bar appears , sas finshes print nothing printed, printer still copies , scans not print document off laptop... im not sure if laptop or network, have reinstalled printer still no joy, have windows 7 first time have tried print windows 7 active. please!!
