I want to bleach my dark skin black skin to light skin?

well, 14 year old in 8th grade , every time kids made fun of me begin dark skin time. would'nt call me right name come here black or come here africa. hate when teacher show movies black people cause darkest black 1 , ugly 1 me. treat light skinned kids better me , putero ricans,whites. put chalk of face , lighter now. why god got made me dark , made me ugly feel light skinned people better me. should bleach ugly dark skin
