How should I decide if I should get a 2007 Toyota Matrix, Honda Fit, or 2006 Subaru Legacy Wagon ?

live in rawdon, mountainous town 1 hour montreal. need cheap fuel economy because of drive city. im musician , cook , carry stuff in need hatchback, , may need crash out in back.. used own dodge caravan blew motor. im thinking if ever move little mountain live on, either need rent truck or else have vehiicle hook or ball joint on it. have tried subaru legacy wagon, , see wheel drive, pull trailer easily, gas mileage least of three. . have heard lose warranty on honda fit if try pull something. not sure guessing maybe matrix might able pull small trailer not going fast. im trying add considerations. maybe becausewillithinkre costly in parts fix toyota , honda ? worth buying vehicle because think might use once year oing fromy few years move ? subaru wont give gas mileage other 2 goingfrom rural town city, maybe subaru has more space both matrix , honda. cant see reapair bills down road , least expensive maintain. honda saw had 43, 000 clicks, matrix double , subarus 75,000 kms , 104,000 kms . going around $ 10,000. still need test drive matrix feel it.. seems difficult gas mileage, space, pulling power, , cheap repairs in 1 vehicle.. honda $ 478 insure both ways, ill have check tomorrow other insurances. subaru had cd player honda had mp3 , toyota too. please share opinions me on these choices. having hard time making mind, cant afford wait longer because off country road, far closest town, , not functional go anywhere or anything.
