How can i build a wooden boat with a cabin?

great idea, , type of boat, easier might think. not "cheap" might think.

"boat epoxy" (which miracle ingredient of boat building) not cheap - neither marine paint. if willing, can build boat 50% of pay equivalent vessel new. gain, in cases in labor (it own). loose in building own - time... take more time think (especially if first boat build, , more so, if right).

building own verses buying used however, (dollar wise) either toss up, or building cost more used one. advantage building if have 3 year project, have 2 , half years pay materials. degree, have financed own boat on short period.

can it? sure can... , encourage - if reasons doing right ones. biggest benefit building own "confidence". when comes repairs & maintenance, might go wrong it, can fix... after all, built in first place.

if is labor of love, encourage it. if on other hand think way of getting boat "cheap", don't. while lot less new "store bought production boat" - won't, stretch of imagination or pocketbook - cheap.

link below has lots of information on boat building. if browse site, learn lot getting into... build own live aboard size boats , encourage dream , project... not everyone. takes great deal of fortitude , discipline finish project in timely manner results can proud of.
