HELP! What kind of colleges should I be applying to?

coming year senior in high school, , have no idea colleges should apply to.

ethnicity: half taiwanese, half indian
parents: divorced

gpa: 3.5 unweighted
sat score: 2060
bio sat ii score : 760
history ap exam score: 5
-i retaking sat i's in october , taking math ii sat ii's in november
-i taking ap calc, ap lit, ap gov, , maybe ap spanish tests in senior year

editor in chief of yearbook
former photography editor of yearbook
historian of national honors society
member of social studies honors society
attended 2 semesters of umdnj's premedical program
shadowed doctor @ brigham , women's hospital @ harvard university
9 years of commitment 1 swimming team

around 50-70 hours of community service (i plan 100+)
participated in 4-5 annual rose bud swimathons cystic fibrosis
participated in 3-4 annual breast cancer walks in new york , @ local jcc/ymca

live in new jersey current plan attend rutgers university , apply entrance pharmacy or business program, aside not sure other colleges should applying to. not think have chance @ ivy league , if did in not afford it.

have advice colleges should applying to, chances of getting in, , amount of financial aid @ each college (ex: chances of me getting scholarship, etc)? wondering procedures asking college financial aid.
