Dual monitor problems, HELP!?

i've posted similar question before no 1 helped.
have dual monitors set up, 1 samsung syncmaster 943 19" , other benq t720 17"... working until updated drivers, benq monitor wont work , message "out of range" displays on screen. i've tried rolling drivers still wont work. i've tried swapping cables behind, plugging on in on-board graphics , other in ati radeon xpress 200 series card slot nothing seems help.

got suggestions?
