work university in uk , have been put on notice of redundancy rest of department. hr have said reducing staff 40 13 , allowed apply jobs, seem specific , not suitable @ risk of redundancy. have said hoping lose people through natural wastage i.e. retirement , voluntary severance. prompted had interview last week , have been offered job. pay in other job less , involve longer commute, still entitled voluntary severance if leaving go other job?
