Techniques and materials used in sculpture?

took sculpture class semester , materials we've worked include clay, cardboard, plaster, wire, , random found objects (which many sculptures used , create interesting designs i.m.o.)

techniques used include scoring cardboard, carving/ chip carving, molding, etc.

playing form, texture, color, composition , on.

what ost used methods or techniques in sculpture? , materials, used ones, before , today? plz
