did other installation using meat - though said doesn't smell after while...
meat not permanent sculpture medium, can use short lived projects , finished product can photograph or accept making ephemeral art.
guts can, used , dry beautiful , semitransparent.

im looking ideas sculpture based on meat, have photographed , collaged meat , hqave take sculpture ideas...........
