My boat company sold to another Company?

bought brand new c'dory boat. has had problems day one. still have not received paperwork. received keys cabin door after 2 years of complaining. boat has problems , c'dory either changed names or sold new company called seasport llc. not warranty work me , said since acquired c'dory not take on liability them including warranty. said c'dory filed chapter 11. never notified of them. boat may lemon. new company required warranty boat or can still lemon it. prefer not lemon if cant fixed. thanks
