How to perform coolant flush on a Pontiac Sunfire?

coolant flushes preformed "coolant flushing machines" adding cleaning agent, , forcing old coolant out new coolant , having conditioner poured in.you can drain of coolant out petcock @ bottom of radiator, there still old coolant in hoses,block ect.they might have cheap kits @ parts stores doubt how reliable of job do,if case sure, actual shops these cheap cleaning kits instead of spending 100's of dollars on machines them.
if want drain coolant, fill water , let engine run,until warms re drain , again, before refilling coolant,remember bleed air out of system.this should clear of up, true actual flush need machine.
