HELP!! HP Photosmart All in One Printer Probelms.?

have hp photosmart in 1 printer, c6280.
went change black , cyan ink cartridges brand new ones because out. , ( has never happened before ) anytime try print strait computer screen pops saying cyan , black ink missing. have taken them out , put them several times, restarted computer , printer , still keeps showing screen. weird if scan or print directly printer works. also, if check ink levels on computer , printer fine. still when go print wont let me saying 2 missing. clues on problem might be? thanks.
