What software can i use to monitor a computer activity?

want software allow me monitor computer. want able view desktop , while connected computer dont want them notice there , if possible not have control of closing windows or doing pc. oh! , if free better.

example:

employee playing games on computer, notice having fun, use software see doing. not notice watching activities on computer, when connect computer there no sign got connected it, means no flashing or popups advising him watching.
