How do you form own corporation in india?

cannot incorporate business in india name "corporation"
there no such word "exampations" in english.
think mean exemptions.
can invest money in business . if indian don't have
permission exchange control (rbi). money should tax paid
@ source. other usual procedures there, such income-tax permanent number
current account in bank, i&e code number, sales tax number etc.,
if propose begin limited liability company there few more formalities.
, documentations such articles of association etc.,
approach auditor. guide in preparing documents.
investment not attract tax, income will.
