Boutique owners in India ... need ur advice?

hi evry1, completed b.sc., in textiles n fashion designing... i'm gonna pursue m.sc.,
. after completion, wanna open own fashion boutique here in india n have kinds of questions popping in head whole time.. need answers following questions:-

1. contact details of mannequin , store fixture suppliers/manufacturers.
2. usual salary level of sales people , cashier working in clothing stores.
3. best place purchase of cotton kurti materials anywhere in india (at wholesale rate).
4. suitable manufacturer/supplier packing materials , shopping bags.
5. how income level calculated income tax details (as differs , not same in business)?
6. what done when merchandise stacks , doesn’t move on long period of time?
7. legal formalities looked while opening store.

plz me , i'd grateful if u give me advice......... i'm waitingggggggg
