How to get better at drawing/drawing people?

love draw, , i'm not terrible @ it, not either. occationally, can draw person looks okay, of time people don't right.

i'm @ doodling. in fact, have great, big sketch book of doodles, when comes drawing style of people i'm not good........-well-.i pretty stink.

don't have specifec style of people want draw. usually, i'll draw looks realistic, has big flare of cartoon style. so...i guess thats pretty comic book style. tried draw comic book style once, failed. anime style.

so, want draw anime, , comic book style, seperately.

practice makes perfect of course, have videos or tips on how can practice , better?
