Thinking about getting a Volkswagen GTI?

die-hard vw fan, (ive never owned but) , on 4th gti, hate inform mk4 gti not reliable toyota. make in aspect of performance , around upscale feel of interior , build quality of car. have had great luck of vws , haven't suffered many of problems mk4 owners had.

best bet go later run of gti, 2003 - 2005. 1.8t cars had lot of problems coil pack failure, , lot of issues maf sensors. pre-2002 1.8ts had 150hp, after 2002 upped hp 180. if looking tune car, 1.8t better choice if budget issue. vr6 capable more hp pay higher price there...and reason vr6 either 2.8l or 3.2l engine, , displacement going friend in terms of hp , tuning.

gti , vws can reliable cars, can money pits. luck decision, , if one, check out vwvortex.com. can find need there vw related. been great me....you might able check out classifieds there , find gti looking for.

i'm thinking getting 2000 , gti. , wanna know pros , cons of turbo , vr6.and how shoul expect pay used 1 i'd under 6gs.and have convinse dad there reliable 03 corolla i'm driving right now
