Painting on a surfboard?

need ( base coat, clear coat ) on if want hold in water.it use on automobiles today. acrylic paint ,a base of flat color, finished in lot of clear coats of acrylic paint. more clear coats more water proof , hold better you. , if going make sure in ventilated area.these paints can harm lungs if not done right way. respirator when doing it.
not inhale paint if can it.hope helps.

is possible paint on surfboard , still able surf board without paint coming off? if need??
