I got these oil paints...what do I paint with them on?

oil paints can used on surface--wood, canvas, paper, etc. use linseed oil blend paint , turpentine clean brushes. brushes should stiff. use someting mix paints--a palette of sort--cardboard, wood, plastic, aluminum foil. however, oil paint takes long time dry, 6 months year. paint used wet wet technique since each time use blending lindseed oil paint.
prefer acrylic paint. new paint . use water mixing colors , water clean-up.stiff brushes preferred oil paint.the paint dry touch in hour , half. clear acrylic sealer used on paint seal it. oil paint can use sealer can @ wal-mart.

i have never tried paint in life wanted to. don't have first clue surfaces or brushes though. guidance?
