Clinique 3 step proactive or philosophy?

hey guys!
im trying decide if want clinique 3 step, pro active, or philosophy on clear day set.
heres info me:
hair color-light brown
eye color-blue green
skin-fair yellow golden undertones(nc 20 in mac)
skin type-oily on nose dry on cheecks , around mouth , normal on fore head sensitive
acne-i have had acne 2 years moderate acne, , havent had day without blemishes in forever, ive gone dermatoligist, in fact im on stuff right have been 6 month, , skin has gotten worse.
please help, btw im 14
