Can I get in a decent graduate school with a 2.5 GPA?

@ junior year in college, until gpa 2.5...i know sucks.
thing i'm in business school major in finance,which i've never been interested , never be.that's why got low gpa, other courses grades good.

although still got credits improve average gpa, won't higher 2.8.
i'm worried. wanna in college change major wanna do, art or fashion, finance people family won't pay college if change major.

fortunately can choose in graduate school, heading fashion merchandising, or other names (basically doing marketing in fashion), chances big going gre , toefl score.(i'm international student)

other thing wanna in graduate school right after college, don't want work in finance anymore.(the intern in bank made me wanna kill self , realize can never in finance.)

in case, can still in graduate school?
or suggestions schools?(cus kinda hard find fashion merchandising programs..)
