2004 mercedes benz ml350 with no cd changed help me please?

ok have had car 2 years think , didnt see didnt have cd player because lame mercedes doesnt have cd changer in

ok went , got checked yesterday mechanic said doesnt have electrical things in pockets in trunk means if buy cd changer still need install it?


please me out here seriouslly want 1 , dont know whole process can buy 1 ebay dont know installing because there no wires whatsoever

please help
